Because only YOU know how physical fit YOU want to be! No one can tell YOU how YOU want YOU to look! It all about YOU!! So it is a personal matter because its how YOU want your body to look and how comfortable YOU feel about yourself. YOU YOU YOU!!!!!!!

How do some people neglect their health by choosing not to participate in physical activity?

Some people need to exercise more than others! Some peolple may be skinny, but very unhealthly. In my opinion, everyone need to exercise! Everyone needs to be in shape no matter who you are or whatyour do.

What are the primary health risk factors, and which ones may be controlled?

The primary health risk factors are tobacco, poor nutrition, alcohol abuse, and lack of physical activity. To me, I believe they all can be controlled because its your choice to smoke, drink, not eat right, and not exercise.

What benefits are gained by exercising?

There are many benefits of exercising. The most notable benefit is the fact you get healthier. Exercising makes those little pac-man like proteins in your body that clean out your arteries. That is a benefit because it keep heart attacks down by a major percentage.

What is the relationship between wellness and personal fitness?

There is a very close relationship between wellness and personal fitness. They almost mean the same thing, except, wellness is a way of healthy life, and personal fitness is how healthy you want to be in your life.

What is a personal fitness program (PFP)?

A personal fitness program is a workout plan for one's self. Only thy own self know how fitness they want to be and willing to research the workout it takes to get to their desired fitness.
